1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of taxi and transfer services provided by Alconedo s.r.o. ("Alconedo Taxi"). By booking a ride through our website, app, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS from Alconedo Taxi. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details, passenger count, and any special requirements at the time of booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are fixed and inclusive of VAT where applicable. No hidden fees or surcharges apply unless explicitly stated (e.g. tolls, airport fees, or waiting time beyond the free allowance).

Payment may be made online by card via MyPOS, or in cash/card directly to the driver. Online payments are processed securely. We accept CZK, EUR, and USD.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If Alconedo Taxi cancels your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. Alconedo Taxi reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a journey if a passenger's behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that children travel in appropriate child seats as required by law. Child seats can be requested at the time of booking.

6. Liability

Alconedo Taxi is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to complete your journey on time.

Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the booking. We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or other connections.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

9. Changes to Terms

Alconedo Taxi reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
